What the Job Looks like
Custom Sales Solutions: You build rapport with customers to understand their needs and match them to TELUS and Koodo products including Wireless mobility, Koodo Internet, Smart Home Security and several other exclusive TELUS/Koodo services
Sales: Identifying opportunities, anticipating customer needs and achieving sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Customer Engagement: Drive sales through engagement of existing customers by calling and texting to promote TELUS and Koodo branded products
Professionally Representing the TELUS and Koodo brands in-store and potentially at local community events.

You value the customer experience and Demonstrate commitment to providing positive customer interactions through understanding and meeting customer needs.
You can rapidly adapt with flexibility to respond to changes in the store environment to meet customer needs.
You meet the provincial minimum age of majority for wireless communications employment.

You are a critical thinker who successfully navigates and finds solutions for unexpected situations that arise.
You have flexible availability to better serve our customers, you can commit to providing a minimum availability of 30 hours a week, including evenings and weekends.
