Wireless Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of the company's business development processes, sales strategies, and product offerings to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through face-to-face interactions, delivering a professional and engaging sales experience from initial contact to follow-up.
Partner with leadership to support the training, mentoring, and ongoing development of sales and marketing team members.
Collaborate with fellow Wireless Sales Associates to evaluate, refine, and enhance sales and marketing strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture by actively participating in weekly team-building initiatives.
