The Role

We're looking for a

Wire Rope Rigger

to join our growing shop team. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, focused on

building, inspecting, repairing, and certifying wire rope assemblies

and other rigging equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate wire rope slings Inspect wire rope, chains, hooks, and rigging hardware Identify wear, damage, deformation, and out-of-service conditions Perform repairs and re-terminations where applicable Apply testing, tagging, and certification accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop Communicate clearly with team members about equipment condition and safety concerns

What We're Looking For

Experience working with

wire rope and rigging equipment

(shop or field) Strong understanding of

rigging safety, inspection criteria, and load ratings

Comfortable using hand tools and shop equipment Detail-oriented -- you notice things others miss Takes pride in doing the job right, not just fast Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented

Nice to Have (but not required):

Previous crane, marine, or construction industry experience Familiarity with rigging standards Certification or formal rigging training

Pay: $20.18-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
