In addition, he or she helps with training as needed.As a Wire Preparation Assembly Operator, your key responsibilities include:xc2xb7 Works from drawings, lists of operations, visual aids, samples, verbal and written instructions, using a variety of hand and motor instruments; uses measuring instruments such as the micrometer, the vernier ruler, the thickness gauge; also uses simple or complex manual or motor tools, etc. ;xc2xb7 Installs and operates devices to register, cut, form, crimp and strip wire and related equipment;xc2xb7 Selects the wire size based on wire list information, wire cut list, and operations list. Choose the sheet of metal and the characters of the inscriptions; install it on the device and adjust the temperature, the pressure and the momentary stop of the movement;xc2xb7 Choose blades to strip and cut, etc. and installs them in the device to cut and strip the wires to the desired size.
