Winter Shuttle Driver

Full-Time or Part-Time, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

We are hiring two reliable and professional Shuttle Drivers to join our team for the 2025/26 winter season.

Positions can be full-time or part-time to ensure 7-day coverage of our shuttle services, and candidates must be available and committed for the full winter season.

In addition to guest transportation, responsibilities include common area maintenance and upkeep, snow clearing, and pool care to keep the property safe and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests and staff. Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with loading and unloading ski equipment Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle at all times. Assist with snow clearing around entrances, walkways, and parking areas. Perform common area maintenance and upkeep to ensure the property is safe, clean, and welcoming. Assist with pool cleaning and upkeep to ensure guest safety and enjoyment. Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs. Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies.

Qualifications:

Valid BC Class 4 Driver's Licence (required). Clean driving record (driver's abstract required). Police Information Check prior to commencement Ability to perform light physical work (shoveling, lifting, minor upkeep tasks). Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor. Knowledge of Whistler area an asset.
