You are responsible for driving resort staff safely to and from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. If you possess excellent communication, punctuality and guest services skills, this role is for you!

Shuttle Bus Driver - Winter 2023/2024

You are responsible for driving resort staff safely to and from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. If you possess excellent communication, punctuality and guest services skills, this role is for you!

You will:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the safety of passengers while operating our 24-passenger bus.

\xc2\xb7 Shuttle employees between town and resort.

\xc2\xb7 Assist staff with loading/unloading ski or snowboarding gear

\xc2\xb7 Always maintain a professional and polite demeanor with passengers.

\xc2\xb7 Inspect vehicle to ensure that it is functioning correctly, at the beginning and end of every shift.

\xc2\xb7 Follow all traffic laws and posted speed limits, even at the expense of arriving late to your destination.

\xc2\xb7 Be an advocate for health and safety, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

\xc2\xb7 Work a split shift which requires early mornings and evenings, with approximately 6 unpaid hours in between shifts.

\xc2\xb7 Work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends, in extreme weather conditions on resort.

\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned.

You:

\xc2\xb7 Hold your Class 4 Unrestricted driver\'s license.

\xc2\xb7 Have previous experience with bus shuttling/transportation.

\xc2\xb7 Have worked in a customer service role.

\xc2\xb7 Are familiar operating a 2 way radio - an asset.

\xc2\xb7 Hold a first aid certificate - an asset.
