Winter Control Seasonal Operators

to join our Transportation team for the 2025/26 winter season (approx. 4-5 months; November/December to April, inclusive). This position will work out of any of the Township Works Yards.

Overview of What You'll Do

Operate winter control trucks such as plow, wing, computerized salt/sand applicators, etc. Clear snow and ice through plowing, shoveling, and material application. Perform basic equipment maintenance and shop duties. Complete daily logs and reports. Help keep the Township moving safely this winter!

What We're Looking For

==========================


Class DZ License with clean driving record. Experience with heavy equipment operation (winter control experience is a strong asset). A reliable self-started who can work independently and make sound decisions. Safety-minded and committed to teamwork. Ability to work nights, weekends and on standby as needed.
