Lab
: The course instructor will be required to coordinate with Faculty exercise physiology lab technicians but not teach the lab component
In general, instructor responsibilities include: course instruction; assessment and grading; creation and management of the course D2L shell; communication with faculty staff in relation to teaching and learning; ongoing communication with students and lab personnel; and, other assigned duties, as applicable.
Classes in the Winter 2026 term begin the week of January 12 and end April 14, followed by the Registrar final exam period, which runs April 17 to April 28. Please see the academic schedule for additional important dates and deadlines.
Position Requirements
For the course listed above, applicants must meet the following qualifications/requirements:
Earned a PhD in Kinesiology or a related field; a masters degree in Kinesiology or a related field will be considered.
Evidence of successful teaching at the university level and related to the content of the course(s) to which application is being made.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of people.
