We are seeking a hardworking, organized, and positive individual to assist our winemaking team from harvest to bottling:

Full time, contract position. Approximately 40 hours / week

Responsibilities:

Work with the winemaking team to process all fruit. Monitor and maintain cleanliness of crush pad, winery, and laboratory. Record keeping of grape tonnage, yields, and processing. Support barrel program, bottling and disgorging of wines. Support production and warehouse team.

Qualifications:

Completed at least one harvest. Winemaking diploma or certification an asset. Age 19+. Ability to work indoor and outdoor and to lift 25 kg. Forklift and confined-space certification an asset. Flexible with work hours. Organized and detail oriented. Canadian driver's licence and clean driving record. Transportation to and from work. Authorized to work in Canada. A clean criminal background check.

Compensation:

As a small, fast-paced business we all do many jobs and so this position would also require the candidate to be able to shift to work in our winery's production facility and supporting our hospitality team.
