Abruptly driving to Kamloops to rescue 5 re-routed air-travelers, take them all the way to Kaslo in the Kootenays and return to Kelowna in 14 hours in 2023 \xe2\x80\x93 that rouses us! COMPENSATION In 2022, the recorded average compensation equaled $41 per hour for guiding and $28 per hour for shuttle driving. Our tour guide and shuttle driver compensation package begins with a simple $17 an-hour wage coupled with guaranteed gratuities, overnight shift differentials, as well as various commissions, spiffs, and performance bonuses.
