Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Window/Door Installer Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and restoring windows and doors in residential buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, excellent craftsmanship, and good work ethics.

Duties

Assist the lead installer in installing new windows and doors according to project specifications and blueprints Remove old or damaged windows and doors safely and efficiently Use hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and caulking guns to ensure precise installation Apply caulking to seal gaps and improve insulation efficiency Perform restoration work on existing installations, including repairs and upgrades Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols Assist with loading and unloading the products, and cleaning the job sites.

Requirements

Proven experience with hand tools, carpentry, and construction practices Familiarity with windows & doors installation is an ASSET Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor throughout the day Valid driver's license Prior experience in construction or related trades is highly desirable
