Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window/Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves installing windows and doors in residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. As a Window/Door Installer, you will be responsible for various tasks that require precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installations Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installation tasks Perform caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing to ensure energy efficiency Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Conduct restoration work as needed on existing structures Assist with construction painting, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, and welding tasks as required Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to window/door installation Strong background in construction and carpentry techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Experience with caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing applications Knowledge of restoration techniques for existing structures Familiarity with construction painting methods Basic plumbing skills for related installation tasks Experience in welding is a plus Competence in flooring installation and tile laying
