We are seeking skilled Window/Door Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves installing, repairing, and restoring windows and doors in residential and commercial settings. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in using hand tools and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and replace windows and doors according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements. Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, measuring, and fitting materials. Perform caulking and sealing of windows and doors to ensure energy efficiency. Conduct restoration work on existing window and door frames as needed. Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all installation processes. Maintain a clean work area and adhere to company policies regarding job site cleanliness.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics. Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in window and door installation. Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing installations. Familiarity with restoration techniques for windows and doors. Basic understanding of construction painting, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, and tile laying is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
