Window/Door Installer

Job Type:

This is a part-time position, with the possibility of becoming a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction. Removing and installing new windows and doors in new and/or existing homes. Cladding exterior trim, if needed. Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and secure. Caulking around perimeter of newly installed windows and doors. Insulating perimeter of openings. Cutting and installing jamb extensions and trim. Working from ladders and/or scaffolding. Safely operate hand tools and power tools including saws and drills. Showing customers how to operate and maintain purchased products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Cleaning job site upon completion on work.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Window and Door Installer. Experience in Carpentry is required. A valid driver's license. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to work with and guide others. Extensive knowledge & experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is required. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of caulking techniques for effective sealing of installations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
