Job Summary:

Kruse Glass Regina is seeking an experienced

Window and Door Installer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in residential window and door installation, with a keen eye for detail and finishing work. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations that meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and replace residential windows, doors, and related components Perform precise finishing work including trim, caulking, and sealing to ensure a professional look and weather-tight performance Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately on site Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure quality workmanship Maintain a clean and safe work environment Provide excellent customer service and represent Kruse Glass with professionalism

Skills Required:

need to be punctual & reliable need to have a "customers first" mindset able to lift 50lbs climb ladders work outdoors all year must be friendly & honest, professional & communicative with coworkers and customers demonstrate the safe work practices of hand and power tools Strong communication skills- Valid Class 5 (or better) driver's license operate lifting equipment (scissor lifts, zoom booms, telehandlers, etc..) (Training will be provided if needed) - clean up workstations and maintain equipment daily ability to follow direction-demonstrate an ability to safely load & maneuver a full size pickup truck with a tandem axle trailer able to understand drawings, blueprints & replicate precise measurements ability/knowledge/willingness to work with commercial glass curtain walls, storefronts, structural glass, windows, doors, automatic doors, railing, glass showers and mirrors.

Pay: $26.00-$37.00 per hour
