Company Overview

We are a growing window and door manufacturing company, specializing in high-quality aluminum and PVC products for the Canadian market. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in assembly processes. This role involves working with various hand and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production drawings. Measure, cut, and prepare aluminum/PVC profiles and related components. Assemble frames, sashes, glass panes, gaskets, and hardware. Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow workplace safety guidelines when handling glass and heavy materials. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Operate forklift as needed on the movement of materials in the warehouse Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Flexibility to assist with various tasks in the production/installation process

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in window/door assembly, preferably with European systems. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and quality. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills Travel flexibility for assistance in the Montreal and Ottawa facilities
