Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented

window and door installers

to join our team. You will be responsible for installing advanced European window and door systems in a variety of construction settings. Positions are available for both full-time and part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices Prepare openings and surrounding structures: caulking, sealing, waterproofing, and insulating Handle, lift, and transport heavy equipment and glass units safely Perform adjustments, alignments, and finishing for a clean, professional look Restore or modify structures as needed to complete the installation Collaborate closely with our in-house technicians and project managers Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year experience in window/door installation or general construction

Knowledge of European-style tilt & turn, lift & slide, and pivot systems is a strong asset Physically fit and able to lift heavy frames and glass units Comfortable using power tools, levels, and installation equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work

occasional overtime

and

travel outside the GTA

(overnight trips may be required) Team player with a strong work ethic and good communication skills A valid driver's license is preferred
