Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Window/Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential window and door installations and a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves installing, repairing, and restoring windows and doors in residential and commercial properties. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this position. All tools and vehicles to be provided

Responsibilities

Install and repair windows and doors according to specifications and building codes Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks Perform caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing to ensure energy efficiency Perform aluminum capping and have experience using a bender. Assist with restoration projects as needed, including construction painting Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times

Qualifications

Proven previous experience in windows and door installation is preferred Previous carpentry and general construction experience is an asset Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to window/door installation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately Valid drivers license and ability to maneuver a utility trailer is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
