We are seeking a skilled Window/Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to use all tools, work off ladders of various heights, have a reliable vehicle to get to and from jobs. This role involves installing, repairing, and restoring windows and doors in residential and commercial properties. Duties

Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes Perform restoration work on existing windows and doors to ensure functionality and aesthetics Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks Able To cut and install interior trim Apply caulking to seal gaps around windows and doors for energy efficiency Conduct construction painting as needed to finish installations at times when needed mostly just white paint on trim installed. Assist with lifting when needed for heavier windows and doors Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to window/door installation Ability to get to and from job sites Knowledge and experience with installing windows and doors Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
