En tant que technicien(ne) de site eolien, vous assurerez le bon fonctionnement des eoliennes en intervenant directement sur la maintenance, le depannage et les problemes de systeme. Vos contributions sont essentielles pour maintenir une energie propre et fiable pour les communautes locales, peu importe votre experience dans les secteurs de l'eolien, de l'electricite, de la mecanique ou de la machinerie lourde.
Responsabilites principales
o Entretenir et reparer les eoliennes avec votre equipe pour alimenter les communautes.o Respecter les protocoles de securite et effectuer des inspections de securite.o Collaborer avec votre equipe pour ameliorer la performance des turbines et partager les meilleures pratiques.o Documenter votre travail et ameliorer continuellement les processus operationnels.o Coder avec precision toutes les activites de travail pour assurer un suivi clair de la duree des taches, de l'avancement et de l'efficacite operationnelle.
Profil recherche
o Minimum de 6 mois avec un certificat de technicien en eolien, ou 1 an d'experience en turbine eolienne, ou 2 ans dans les domaines mecaniques ou electriques.o Excellentes aptitudes en resolution de problemes et approche proactive.o Conscience aigue de la securite et engagement envers les meilleures pratiques.o Capacite a bien travailler en equipe et a apprecier les environnements collaboratifs.o Bonne condition physique, a l'aise de travailler dans diverses conditions et en hauteur.o Nous recherchons des candidat(e)s bilingues (francais et anglais). La capacite de parler, lire et suivre des instructions ecrites en anglais est necessaire pour executer les taches de ce poste en toute securite.o Diplome d'etudes secondaires (certificat de fin d'etudes ou equivalent), permis de conduire valide et autorisation legale de travailler au Canada sans parrainage actuel ou futur requis.

Position Overview
As a Wind Site Technician, you'll ensure the smooth operation of wind turbines, directly addressing maintenance, troubleshooting, and system issues. Your contributions are vital in maintaining clean, reliable energy for local communities, regardless of your background in wind, electrical, mechanical, or heavy machinery sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair wind turbines with your team to keep communities powered.
Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
Collaborate with your team to improve turbine performance and share best practices.
Document your work and continuously improve operational processes.
Accurately time code all work activities to support clear tracking of task duration, progress, and operational efficiency.
Who You Are
At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
Highly developed problem-solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities.
Safety-conscious and committed to best practices.
Able to work well with others and enjoy collaborative environments.
Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights.
We are seeking bilingual (French and English) candidates. Ability to speak, read, and follow written instructions in English is necessary to safely perform the duties of this position.
You have a high school diploma (Graduation Certificate or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and are legally authorized to work in Canada without the need for current or future sponsorship.
