Sora Ecological Consulting is a small environmental company based in Peace River, Alberta. Though small, we collaborate to deliver environmental expertise to many partners throughout Alberta and British Columbia. We are looking for:Intermediate Biologists with proven experience in Reclamation, Fisheries and/or Wildlife. Job sites may be distributed throughout Alberta and British Columbia. Preference will be given to residents of Northern Alberta or BC.Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed post-secondary education in wildlife, biology or natural sciences program
• Ability to register for professional certification (BIT, P.Biol, R.P.Bio)
• Demonstrated experience working in your field (avian, amphibian, wildlife, water quality)
• Interest in cross-training to support other disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to write detailed technical reports
• Class 5 driver\'s license
• Ability to conduct field work in remote locations and travel to field sites (compensation provided for use of personal vehicle to get to job site)
• Certification in ATV / UTV an asset
• Willingness to comply with all current Health recommendations
