The Role
We're seeking an organized, detail-driven
Wholesale Account Coordinator
to support our sales, logistics, and product development teams.
You'll be at the center of product setup, retailer portal management, and communication between departments -- helping ensure every item, image, and price reaches the retailer on time and error-free.
Key Responsibilities
Manage SKU/UPC setup and product data accuracy across internal systems and retailer portals.
Upload and maintain product information, pricing, and imagery.
Prepare line sheets, product catalogs, and meeting materials for national retail accounts.
Coordinate sample requests and image delivery.
Maintain listings and updates on retailer platforms such as Walmart, Amazon Vendor Central, Nordstrom, and RangeMe.
Troubleshoot portal issues and ensure data accuracy.
Track item movement and flag discrepancies.
Communicate order and delivery status between teams.
Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Logistics to ensure programs run smoothly.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, or related field.
3+ years' experience in the apparel or accessories industry
at a
vendor
or
retail head office
.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with retailer systems (e.g., Walmart RetailLink, Amazon Seller Central, PIM systems).
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break)
Location: Oakville, ON (on-site only)
