Role Summary:
The Whistler Sales Coordinator supports the maintenance and growth of Ziptrek Ecotours through strong brand presence, relationship management, and execution of local and regional sales strategies. This role works closely with the Sales Manager to drive sales across key partner channels, including hotels, resellers, referral programs, online travel agents (OTAs), and groups (both direct and indirect), with a focus on building and nurturing meaningful industry partnerships. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, seasonal environment. This position is a fixed-term position, providing 12-months parental leave cover. The start date for this position is Tuesday, August 5th.
Compensation Package:
Salaried position, starting at $54,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience
6% vacation accrual (equivalent of 3 weeks annually)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is an asset)

High level of initiative and adaptability
Flexible schedule to support events and seasonal sales cycles
Valid driver's license required
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality
Experience with group and relationship-based sales strongly preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Docs, and online tools like Mailchimp; experience with design platforms such as Canva is an asset
Experience coordinating sales projects (promotions, print materials, product launches, etc.) is desirable
Knowledge of the Ziptrek brand and product line is a strong asset
