Topics include colonialism, the Partition of 1947, war, religion, development, labour, nationalism, and the family/reproductive rights. A Ph.D. degree in Gender, Feminist or Sexuality Studies is preferred. Mastery/competency in the subject area, as related to the course description, is required.
