Job Overview

We are seeking a WETT certified Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Install products according to specifications and company guidelines. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients throughout the installation process. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly. Document installation processes and maintain accurate records of completed work.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role is preferred. Strong understanding of installation techniques and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary. A valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites. Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 42 per week
