We're growing fast and need someone to take over

sales + land sourcing

for our qualified, ready-to-go clients.

You'll work directly with the founder to help clients:

Lock down great infill land Understand our build process And get started on their path to passive income
What You'll Be Doing

Inbound sales

: Following up with clients who want to build

Land sourcing

: Finding and analyzing lots that fit our build model (we'll train you)

Deal facilitation

: Helping clients write offers, get offers accepted, and close on land

CRM & pipeline tracking

: Keeping deals moving forward
Compensation

Base Salary

: $3,000/month

Bonus

: $1,500 per deal closed
(2-4 deals/month expected = $72K-$100K/year potential)
