Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
Train, develop, and mentor staff to improve their skills in customer service, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team.
Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate timekeeping for all employees.
Implement effective marketing strategies to promote store initiatives and increase foot traffic.
Maintain compliance with company policies regarding pricing, merchandising, and store management.
Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes.
Foster an environment of teamwork through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Monitor budgetary constraints while maximizing profitability through strategic purchasing decisions.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a focus on sales management.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
Proficient in administrative tasks including bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and financial reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Ability to train and develop staff effectively through hands-on coaching and mentoring.
Familiarity with merchandising principles, pricing strategies, and customer service best practices.
