Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant environment.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of our guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
