We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and supporting daily restaurant operations. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant service while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling Greet customers warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Manage cashier duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Assist in food handling tasks while adhering to food safety regulations Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficient restaurant operations Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus but not mandatory Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
