Reporting to the Nursing Supervisor or designate, the Wellness & Stewardship Liaison serves a dual role in nurturing the holistic well-being of the Sisters while ensuring responsible management of community resources. This unique position integrates the person-centered approach of therapeutic recreation with the service-oriented approach supporting the Sisters with financial administration.

On the therapeutic side, the Coordinator designs and facilitates meaningful recreational programs that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual wellness. Activities are tailored to the Sisters' interests, abilities, and values--fostering joy, connection, and purpose in daily life. This role requires a compassionate presence, strong organizational skills, and a deep respect for the mission and rhythm of religious life. By harmonizing therapeutic engagement with financial stewardship, the Coordinator helps maintain the current vibrant, well-supported environment where the Sisters thrive in their missions.
