Who We Are
Come join our high functioning and inclusive team! The W&R unit helps to create safe, healthy, inclusive and engaging work environments, reduce absenteeism, and provide meaningful opportunities and accommodations for employees with ongoing illness and disabilities. Our goal is to help employees stay at work and when illness necessitates absences, integrate them back into the work environment safely, expediently, and respectfully. Specialists have their own case loads but we interact and consult regularly as a team on complex and unique issues. We have a 50% hybrid work model and work a 9 x 8-hour day fortnight.
About the Role
