We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, a passion for marketing / social media and have experience in supporting growth of a new business. This role is crucial in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing various tasks, including data entry, creation of marketing materials and online social platforms, and maintaining organized records for our team.

Responsibilities
Supporting practitioner recruitment and client services
Marketing and Social Media Management
Content Creation and blog posts
Assisting with course development and workshop logistics
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
Provide exceptional customer support to clients and staff, ensuring a positive experience
Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining a tidy office environment
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
Handle bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and basic accounting functions
Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency
Skills
Proficiency in Jane App, Canva and use of Social Media is a must
Familiar with Wix
Familiar with Quickbooks and Google Workspace would be helpful
Excellent computer skills with a focus on data entry accuracy
Previous clerical experience in an office setting is preferred
Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate documentation
Experience in customer service roles with a focus on client satisfaction
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
