Our services include float therapy, hot-cold therapy, infrared sauna, and massage. The Role



As a

Wellness Facilitator

, your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a spotless, welcoming environment (cleaning rooms, common areas, and equipment with precision and care) Greeting and guiding guests through their wellness sessions with warmth and professionalism Supporting guests in choosing memberships and packages that best fit their goals Handling bookings, payments, and light administrative tasks
This role is split between

cleaning/detail work

and

guest-facing sales/experience

. Both are equally important to our success.

Responsibilities:



Welcome and greet clients in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific wellness needs and goals. Educate clients about the benefits and processes of our services, including float therapy, hot-cold therapy, and infrared sauna. Provide guidance and instruction on meditation techniques and other mindfulness practices. Assist clients in preparing for their chosen services, ensuring they have a comfortable and safe experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the center, including treatment rooms and communal spaces. Handle client inquiries, bookings, and payments with efficiency and accuracy using our scheduling software. Monitor and maintain inventory of wellness-related products, such as essential oils, supplements, and relaxation aids. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in wellness practices, sharing knowledge with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:



Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in wellness, health sciences, or a related field is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others achieve optimal well-being. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients. Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining a tidy workspace. Familiarity with float therapy, hot-cold therapy, infrared sauna is an asset. Ability to adapt and remain calm in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficient in using scheduling software and basic computer applications. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
