This role is primarily administrative but requires the training and experience of an LPN or RN, who has worked with seniors or a gerontology background.



The Wellness Department Manager would:



- Oversee the Resident Attendants (HCA)

- Creates and manages care plans for residents in our Assisted Living program and ability to sell service plans.

- Conducts Assessments for new/potential residents

- Responsible for clinics, education, training and creating wellness programs for residents and for staff

- Maintain records

Experience/Qualifications:



Must be knowledgeable and experienced in computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

Must be able to keep records

Have knowledge of older adults' health, challenges and care support and be skilled in head to toe assessments, problem solving and decision making.

Must have experience with public health, private health clinics and/or senior care centres

Must have a basic understanding of the Assisted Living Registry.

- Must be adept at time management and scheduling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
