As a Divine Spine Wellness Coordinator, you'll create the Divine Spine Experience for our patients through excellent service and premium healthcare. You'll be in a magnetic clinic environment where you'll have the ability to master your hospitality skills, work alongside friends and meet new people every day. Basic Qualifications
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings starting as early as 8:30 am, evenings ending as late as 8:00 pm, and weekend mornings
Meet clinic operating policies and standards, including providing exceptional customer service, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
Engage with and understand our patients, including discovering and responding to patient needs through clear and pleasant communication
Process patient transactions and manage schedules in our electronic management software
Communicate with patients through our customer management software
Available to perform many different tasks within the clinic during each shift
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
