Wellness Administrator/practitioner (asmrtist)

Toronto, ON, CA, Canada

Job Description

Company description

At tinglesbar we offer a full sensory serenity of pure delight through what is known as, "LIVE ASMR" services. We believe in access to a consistent state of well-being and mindfulness, among a community that is free of judgement and negative energy in order to provide ease, enjoyment, care, and comfort.

What is "ASMR"? Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used for a deeply relaxing, sometimes sleepy feeling that's characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation. It usually starts from the scalp and travels down the back of the neck, spine, and throughout the limbs and has been described as a "low-grade euphoria" comprised of positive feelings, both mentally and physically. ASMR most commonly occurs in response to specific acoustic or visual stimuli and personal attention, but there are many varying triggers that work for all individuals.

As ASMR continues to be a booming subculture mainly experienced via online audio and video content, tinglesbar provides a physical space that offers LIVE, in-person stimuli to induces ASMR on clients in real time. Currently based in Toronto, Canada, our unique services are developed and curated from traditional ASMR triggers with a goal to relieve stress and anxiety and encourage a state of relaxation and calm - whether you're an avid fan of the ASMR phenomenon, an active member of the community, or a first-time Tingler - we welcome you with open hands!
