Key Responsibilities:

Oversee well testing operations during assigned shifts Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations Supervise and support field personnel Coordinate equipment and resource allocation Monitor and report on operational performance and safety metrics

Requirements:

Valid safety tickets (essential) Proven experience in a supervisory role within the well testing industry (considered an asset) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work both day and night shifts as required Local to Red Deer, Alberta or willing to relocate
