DescriptionWelder (Day & Afternoon Shifts)

Salary: $23.00 up to $28.00 an hour
Shifts- Days and AfternoonsWe are currently seeking skilled CWB Certified Welders to join our team for both Day and Afternoon Shifts. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for welding, we'd love to hear from you!Position Summary:
As a Welder at you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to meet high-quality standards and specific technical specifications. You will work with various materials and use different welding techniques to ensure that parts and assemblies are welded to exact tolerances.Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques (depending on the material and job requirements).Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.Ensure all welds meet required quality standards and CWB certification guidelines.Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.Inspect welded areas for defects and imperfections, and make adjustments as needed.Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment at all times.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Perform minor maintenance on welding equipment as necessary.Shift Options:

CWB Certification (Canadian Welding Bureau certification) is required.Proven experience in welding, with a solid understanding of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.).Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Strong commitment to safety and following company safety policies and procedures.Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in [specific industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, heavy equipment repair, etc.].Additional welding certifications or training.Experience with robotic welding or automated welding systems.Please apply today!
