Tasks
---------Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines
Welding techniques
----------------------Oxy-acetylene welding (OAW) Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) (TIG) Gas metal arc welding (GMAW) Flux core arc welding (FCAW) Plasma arc welding (PAW) Submerged arc welding (SAW) Brazing and soldering Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English * Hours: 30 hours per week
