Overview

Medallion Fence is hiring an experienced welder skilled in light-gauge aluminum and steel fabrication.

This position requires precision MIG welding on materials as thin as 14-18 gauge for architectural-grade fencing and gates. We're looking for someone who takes pride in clean, consistent welds and works well in a team setting.

Duties

Work closely with the fabrication team to meet production goals Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate construction of products. Perform fitting, grinding, and weld cleanup Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance production efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in fabrication and welding, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles. Proficiency in using power tools, including but not limited to welders, grinders, and cutting machines. Familiarity with operating forklifts is preferred. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Skilled in welding thin-gauge materials (14-18 gauge) A commitment to safety practices within the manufacturing environment is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
