We are currently seeking a

skilled and experienced Welder/Fabricator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, custom fabrication environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record required Must have reliable transportation (travel to job sites is required) High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum 5 years of welding experience is preferred, verifiable through certificates and references Proficient in GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW with experience in each Experience working with a variety of materials, including sanitary stainless steel, steel and aluminum Must have own basic hand tools (tool allowance or reimbursement may be discussed) Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings; CAD experience is an asset Forklift certification is an asset Strong understanding of the forming, fitting, welding, and finishing process Ability to assess material weldability and apply appropriate methods accordingly Experience with setting up jigs, bracing for repeat work, and working with sensitivity to heat distortion and warping Oxy-fuel torch experience for cutting, heating, and stress-relief applications Familiarity with press brake operation and the ability to properly form materials Capable of setting up and operating standard fabrication machinery safely and effectively Excellent organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or with a team Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, coworkers, and supervisors Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong problem-solving skills are considered strong assets Willingness to adapt to changing project demands and contribute to continuous improvement

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility may be required)

Overtime plus periodic weekends, shutdown work may be necessary
