We're seeking an experienced

Welder/Fabricator

to join our innovative team and help fabricate custom metal frames, arms, and components.

What You'll Do:

Fabricate and weld heavy steel/aluminum structures, brackets, and assemblies from blueprints and technical drawings Welding of structural components Cut, grind, fit, and assemble parts with precision for robotic integration Work hands-on with prototypes, testing durability and making modifications Collaborate with engineers on AI robotics integration (no programming required - just strong mechanical skills!)

Requirements:

3+ years of professional welding and metal fabrication experience (structural or heavy equipment preferred) Proficient in reading blueprints and using tools like plasma cutters, grinders, and presses Certifications (AWS or equivalent) a big plus Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment with prototypes and iterative designs Passion for robotics, sustainability, or innovative tech is a bonus!

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
