, a family owned and operated company, has been proudly serving the construction industry for over 27 years. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder / Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and shape metal materials using saws, torches, shears, and other hand or power tools. Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick) to join or repair metal parts. Ability to weld/fabricate and design a variety of components associated with our equipment (i.e. upfitting and remounting chassis equipment). Use metal brakes, shears and other similar equipment. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design and quality standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or welding training preferred. Experience working on heavy equipment would be an asset. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding. Strong knowledge of metal types, welding techniques with fitting structural steel shapes, plate work and custom fabrication Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments. Familiarity with safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE).
