Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and reliable

Welder/fabricator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, and be comfortable working with structural steel and heavy equipment. This role involves both shop work and mobile welding on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fabrication according to drawings, blueprints, and work orders Repair, modify, and fabricate steel parts and heavy equipment components Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently (cutting torches, plasma table, brake press, lathe, grinders, etc.) Conduct mobile welding services at customer locations as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company safety policies and C.W.B. welding standards Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers

Qualifications:

2+ years of welding experience (C.W.B. certification preferred) Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings Valid driver's license (Class 5) -- Class 3 or higher an asset Mobile welding or field experience an asset Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
