Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication. This role involves working with various materials and utilizing a range of tools and equipment to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Interpret and read blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications Perform MIG, TIG and Arc welding on various materials Knowledge of some hydraulic and electrical applications Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as plasma cutters, bandsaw, and forklifts, etc. Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring proper fit and finish Conduct rigging for moving heavy materials or equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to quality standards Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

Proven experience in welding, fabrication, or related manufacturing roles Proficiency in MIG welding; TIG welding experience is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery including forklifts, etc. Knowledge of rigging techniques for safe material handling Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods during shifts Time management and problem-solving skills Show initiative and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week
