Job Description

We are looking for a

Welder Operator

with a strong work ethic and a passion for quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, be dependable, and work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding operations with precision and high quality standards. Operate forklifts as needed for material handling. Read and interpret tape measures and blueprints. Ensure compliance with CWB welding standards and maintain top-tier work quality. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements:

Proven welding experience (CWB certification is a plus). Ability to operate a forklift. Dependable, fast-working, and able to work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to read a tape measure and follow precise measurements.

Compensation:

Starting wage: $30 per hour (based on experience, quality of work, and performance). Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
