Lavacrow is seeking a skilled and certified

Welder/Fabricator

with a minimum of 5 years' experience in

custom metal fabrication

and

structural welding

. Our projects range from structural steel components to detailed decorative elements, so versatility and craftsmanship are essential.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal parts based on technical drawings and specifications. Work is performed both in our fully equipped shop and on-site in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and weld a wide variety of metal components with precision Read and interpret shop drawings and technical plans Complete work in both shop and field settings Handle self-directed service calls when required Collaborate effectively with the team and work independently when needed

Qualifications:

Certified Journeyman Welder CWB all positions Minimum 5 years of hands-on fabrication and structural welding experience Proven ability to work with both decorative and structural metal elements Experience fabricating staircases, railings, beams, columns, and privacy screens Strong attention to detail and high standards for craftsmanship Valid driver's license TIG welding experience is a strong asset

Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour
