What We're Looking For

A proactive, dedicated individual with a passion for welding and growth Journeyman/Red Seal certification preferred--but not required We're committed to supporting the right candidate with financial incentives and educational support to obtain their certification

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience as a Journey Welder would be preferred but not required

Red Seal certification preferred but not required.

Proven experience as a welder in a similar role.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and precision.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks for extended periods.

Ability to perform physical tasks and operate equipment effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Work both in shop, as well as on mobile jobs and projects

Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers

Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure and make sound decisions in critical situations.

Pay: $30.00-$41.00 per hour
