Consequently, we are looking for a full-time Welder who would like to join our team. This position requires shift work on days, afternoons, and potential availability on midnights.

Duties and Responsibilities

Complete welding process by welding/tacking plate and structural steel Straighten fabrications (press/heat) Learn and perform basic fitting tasks Operate material handling equipment (lift truck or overhead crane) Maintaining clean work area and helping in other areas as needed
Qualifications

Must have prior MIG welding experience Excellent blueprint reading skills required CWB tickets and weld symbol knowledge are an asset Overhead crane and rigging experience required Possess technical knowledge of welding procedures/materials/equipment Must be detail oriented and safety conscious Saw and hand torch experience required Knowledge of manufacturing processes required
