We operate a busy truck mechanic and maintenance shop that services our own fleet. We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable
Welder
to join our team.Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabrication work on trucks, trailers, and related equipment Repair and replace metal components using MIG/TIG or stick welding techniques Fabricate brackets, frames, and other custom metal parts as required Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace Work closely with mechanics to complete repair and maintenance tasks efficiently
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of welding experience (preferably in truck or heavy equipment repair) Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and arc welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday Occasional weekend work may be required
